NEED A SPRINKLER SYSTEM?
Let us Design one for you.

We want to do everything we can to make the design and installation of your irrigation system a simple, step-by-step project. We’ll create a customized design that includes:

  • Proper valve, pipe, and sprinkler layout for perfect water coverage throughout your yard.

The first thing we will do is divide your yard into areas containing similar plants, lawn and conditions. Is it a high sun lawn area? Is it a sloping garden area, etc? We make sure every plant type and climate in your yard is accounted for (that’s why it is important that you include them all on your landscape sketch).

  • Correct sprinkler head selection and placement to accommodate every curve and contour of your landscape.

We determine the best sprinklers to use in each area. This decision is based on the plants and area being watered. The sprinklers are positioned so that the spray from each sprinkler head just reaches all those adjacent to it. This is called Head-to-Head coverage, and it is vital to ensuring uniform water application. It is calculated using your water pressure information and performance data for the type of sprinklers selected for each area of the yard. For planter areas, we incorporate micro-irrigation (also known as drip irrigation) because micro-irrigation saves water and is an effectively way to water the variety of plants found in a planter section.

  • Ideal number of irrigation zones and timer location

An irrigation zone is a group of sprinklers that operate simultaneously, using one irrigation valve. To determine the number of zones, we again use the information provided by you to be sure the  sprinklers we have plotted in each area can be run with the available water flow and pressure. Zones are created when the available water flow and pressure matches the needs of the sprinklers and the rest of the house. What we end up with is the final zone count. The zone control valves are then grouped together in clusters called “manifolds.” For example, we group all the valves needed to operate the front yard zones together, all the valves for the backyard together, etc. This simplifies installation and maintenance later on.

  • A complete shopping and parts list of everything that you will need

All you will need to do is buy it and install it. If you would like to review some of the products we will use when designing your system and making the parts/shopping list, refer to Product Catalogues.

Complete the questionnaire and mail or fax it to Irrigation Warehouse along with your property plan.

Please clearly print all information and fill out the form completely so that we may process your design. All information must be properly supplied before we will be able to design a system for you. Your design and the recommended parts list will be based on the accuracy of information and drawings that you provide.
